These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SharePal platform operated under Repium Ventures LLP and its associated entities ("LLP", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

assets.sharepal.in is a platform that facilitates participation in asset-backed business operations managed by Repium Ventures LLP.

All transactions on this platform represent a business advance arrangement intended for deployment into rental asset operations managed by the LLP.

Repium Ventures LLP:

• Is not a bank or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)

• Does not accept public deposits

• Does not offer investment products, securities, or collective investment schemes

Participation on the platform does not constitute an investment product.

By making a payment on the platform:

• You agree to enter into a separate legally binding agreement with the LLP

• This agreement will define repayment terms, tenure, and any payout structure as indicated on the platform

• The agreement governs your relationship with the LLP

The platform itself does not display or guarantee any fixed returns.

• All payments must be made through authorized payment gateways

• A transaction is considered complete only after successful payment confirmation

• The LLP reserves the right to reject or cancel transactions in case of suspected fraud or technical issues

All payments made on the platform are final after 24 hours of successful payment processing. Cancellation and refund requests are allowed only within 24 hours of payment.

• No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of transaction

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to system error

• Failed transaction where payment is deducted but service is not initiated

• Users acknowledge that participation is for a defined tenure

• No early exit, withdrawal, or premature termination is permitted after payment

• Any closure or settlement shall be governed strictly by the formal agreement executed with the LLP

• Any payouts or repayments, if applicable, are governed solely by the executed agreement

• The platform does not guarantee or publicly display fixed returns

• All financial terms are subject to contractual agreement and applicable laws

All assets deployed under the platform are solely owned, leased, or controlled by Repium Ventures LLP and/or its designated entities.

Users do not have any ownership rights, title, possession, or claim over such assets. Participation on the platform does not constitute purchase, co-ownership, or any proprietary interest in the assets.

By participating, users acknowledge that:

• The transaction is a business arrangement

• There are operational, market, and financial risks involved

• No assured or guaranteed outcomes are promised on the platform

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Use the platform lawfully

• Not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities

The LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

All content, branding, and materials on this platform are owned by Repium Ventures LLP and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.

Repium Ventures LLP shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Loss arising from misuse of the platform

• Delays or interruptions due to technical or external factors

• Any disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction

• Disputes will be reviewed and resolved at the LLP's discretion in accordance with applicable laws

Repium Ventures LLP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
