You are paying us to purchase a specific rental asset. In return, we tag that asset to your account, pay you secured monthly earnings from our business revenue, and return the original asset purchase price to you at tenure end.
At the end of your tenure, you receive the original asset purchase price back — directly to your bank account.
On the same date you made your payment — every month for monthly plans, every year for yearly plans. This is visible on your dashboard as upcoming payout dates.
Solely to send your monthly payouts directly to your account. We do not use it for any other purpose.
The program runs for your chosen tenure (12, 24, or 36 months). Early exit is available only on mutual consent — since benefits like 3% wallet credit are given to you immediately at enrollment.
It is a business arrangement. You pay us to purchase an asset, and we manage all operations and share earnings with you. It is not a deposit, mutual fund, or financial securities product.
