Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation terms for transactions on our platform

1. CANCELLATION:

Cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of the transaction/payment. After 24 hours, cancellation will not be permitted.

2. REFUND:

Refund requests are allowed only within 24 hours of the transaction/payment. After 24 hours, payments made on the platform are non-refundable.

3. EXCEPTIONS:

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment

• Failed transaction where amount is deducted but service is not initiated

4. NO EXIT:

No withdrawal or early exit is permitted after payment and completion of the 24-hour cancellation period. Participation is for a defined duration as per the agreement.

5. DISPUTES:

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction.

6. PROCESSING TIME:

Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
