Service & Fulfillment Policy
How services on our platform are activated, fulfilled, and supported
1. NATURE OF SERVICE:
SharePal provides access to asset-backed business operations managed by Repium Ventures LLP. No physical product is delivered to users.
2. SERVICE ACTIVATION:
Upon successful payment, the user is onboarded and the participation process is initiated. Activation may take up to 48–72 hours.
3. AGREEMENT EXECUTION:
A formal agreement outlining terms of participation and payouts will be executed separately after onboarding.
4. FULFILLMENT:
Fulfillment of services is considered complete once:
• Payment is successfully processed
• User is onboarded into the system
5. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING:
As this is a digital/business service, no shipping or delivery of goods is involved.
6. SUPPORT:
Users can contact support for any service-related queries.
